4.In case of women missing at least three consecutive periods.
With medical advancement, this illness of Anorexia can be easily diagnosed and treated. A great deal of effort is required to convince and make an individual realize that excessive dieting is harmful for health. Parents must monitor eating habits of their teenage kids and ensure that they take proper and right amount of nutritious food, at regular intervals of time. They must also ensure that their kids have proper growth and must not indulge themselves into excessive weight loss programs which causes harm to their body in the long run.
