Grief is a procedure that always occurs after loss. If a person close to someone has gone through death or separation, one may find wondering how to bring them back by searching for them or reminders of them. Take care of the health. It may be the last thing one may feel like doing but it can make coping easier. Make an appointment with a therapist or join a support group. Get creative. Many people discover picture, drawing and other open activities beneficial. Read about the stages and things of grief to become more recognizable with the own experience. Note that some people do not state feelings until long after a loss has occurred. Avoid alcohol and drugs while grieving. Suppressing the emotions can be counterproductive.
